MPower Harvest offers Ceylon spices and natural herbal wellness products for retail, wholesale, and export customers. Product descriptions, weights, availability, packaging, and pricing may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Because our products are natural agricultural items, variations in colour, aroma, texture, flavour intensity, and appearance may occur due to harvest season, regional growing conditions, and natural plant variation. These variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

MPower Harvest makes reasonable efforts to display products and product information accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary depending on packaging batches, photography, lighting, and screen settings.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. Orders are only confirmed when you receive an official order confirmation from MPower Harvest.

MPower Harvest reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including where:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected

• Weather or natural events
• Public holidays or operational disruptions
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full address, postal code, phone number, and any required delivery instructions. MPower Harvest is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for understanding and complying with local import laws, customs regulations, agricultural restrictions, and biosecurity requirements in the destination country. MPower Harvest is not liable for products delayed, seized, inspected, sampled, fined, refused, or destroyed by customs or border authorities.

7. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Claims

All purchases are subject to the MPower Harvest Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.

Because MPower Harvest products are consumable, perishable, and regulated food items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for simple change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with natural taste, aroma, texture, or seasonal variation.

7.1 Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation or modification of an order within 2 hours of placing it, subject to approval and any non-refundable payment processing charges. Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed over for dispatch, it cannot be canceled, modified, rerouted, or refunded while in transit.

7.2 Eligible Claims

Claims may only be considered in limited cases such as:

• Severe transit damage
• Manufacturing defects or spoilage before opening
• Incorrect items, quantities, or variants delivered

7.3 Reporting Window and Evidence

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time and must include the required evidence, including order details, shipping label, photos or video of the issue, and packaging batch/production/expiry details where applicable.

MPower Harvest reserves the right to reject claims where products have been substantially consumed, improperly opened, transferred to other containers, altered, or damaged after delivery.

7.4 Compensation Method

Approved claims may be resolved at MPower Harvest’s discretion through:

• Replacement product
• Store credit or voucher
• Refund to the original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider and may take 7 to 14 business days to appear.

8. Product Storage and Use

MPower Harvest products should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place, tightly sealed and protected from moisture, pests, and contamination. Because our products are natural and contain minimal or no excessive chemical preservatives, improper storage may affect freshness, aroma, flavour, or safety.

MPower Harvest is not liable for spoilage, infestation, mould, flavour loss, or other deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Customers are also responsible for reviewing any product information, ingredients, and usage guidance before consumption. Individuals with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions should exercise appropriate caution and seek professional advice where necessary.

9. Wholesale, Export, and Business Enquiries

The website may include information and contact forms for wholesalers, importers, retailers, hospitality buyers, and export partners. Submission of a wholesale or export enquiry does not create a binding agreement.
